History Speaks Series


“Beer Making Through the Ages”

Join us, back in person, for this years’ entertaining and informative programs covering historical and cultural aspects of early life in Western Pennsylvania.

On May 17th, Bushy Run Battlefield will be hosting “Beer Making Through the Ages.” Wayne Marshall, a local brewer and historian, will be speaking about the history of beer-making, showing off different equipment, and discussing the variety of ingredients used in the process over time. Attendees will also have the opportunity to sample some of his homebrews! The event will begin at 7pm on Wednesday, May 17. Tickets are available for a discount to Bushy Run Battlefield Heritage Society Members like yourselves!
