Step Into History at the Bushy Run Battlefield Living History Day Camp!
Calling all young historians! Are you ready to try your might on the frontier? Join us at Bushy Run Battlefield for an immersive journey back to 1763. This hands-on day camp is designed for students in Grades 1–5 to experience the skills, games, and challenges of life on the Pennsylvania wilderness.
- Forge a Punched Tin Lantern: Create your own 18th-century light source.
- Scout the Wilderness Trails: Discover the secrets of the battlefield forest.
- Encounter Living History: Meet the soldiers and settlers of the past.
- Fire-Cook a Settler’s Lunch: Learn to prepare a meal over an open flame!
